The Lower Snake River Wind News is published by Puget Sound Energy (PSE) and Renewable Energy Systems Americas Inc. (RES Americas). Together, PSE and RES Americas are working to develop and build the Lower Snake River Wind Energy Project in southeast Washington’s Columbia and Garfield counties and offer the newsletter as a source of project and community information.
