Single-family new construction energy-efficiency program

Puget Sound Energy’s single-family new construction energy-efficiency program offers builders incentives to help offset the cost of installing higher efficiency measures into the homes you build. This program can add value to your projects through financial incentives, technical information and continued support throughout the construction phase. Incentives apply to single-family, detached housing and any attached housing with four units or less. Apartment buildings are not eligible for single-family builder incentives but may qualify for incentives through PSE’s multifamily program.
