To work most effectively with PSE please make sure you have reviewed the information and resources available so you will know what is needed to get started on your construction project. We’re here to help you every step of the way. Please call us if you have any questions at 1-888-321-7779.
Project checklists and construction handbooks
Our project checklists provide a quick overview of what to expect when requesting the construction of new PSE's natural gas and electric services for commercial, industrial, and residential building projects.
Construction handbooks provide more detailed information including construction requirements, customer and PSE responsibilities, installation diagrams and much more to help guide you through the process of setting up natural gas and electric temporary or permanent services for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
Review the detailed construction handouts that outline the required construction “standards” with schematics and diagrams for joint utility mainline trenching, underground services, and gas meter installation requirements. These are a must to properly prepare your site for construction and avoid “red tags” because you were not ready for utility installation.
