PSE energy-efficiency rebates
Saving energy is good for you and the environment. Let PSE help you get started with money-saving *offers on energy-efficient products and services.
*Incentives apply to existing single-family properties with four attached units or less. For property owners of five or more attached units, click here for Multifamily Retrofit Incentives.
For PSE electric customers:
- Ductless heat pump (1.0 ton minimum): $800
- ENERGY STAR qualified geothermal heat pump: $1,500
- Forced-air furnace to air-source heat pump conversion: $1,000
- Air-source heat pump: $200 - $350
- Heat pump sizing and lock-out control: $200
- Heat pump air handler/furnace fan motor upgrade: $250
- ENERGY STAR® qualified heat pump water heater: $250
- Storage (.94 Energy Factor or higher): $50
- Waste-water heat recovery system: $250
- Clothes washer: $50-$100
- Pick-up and recycling of old refrigerators: Free+$30
- Compact fluorescent light (CFL) bulbs: Up to $3
- CFL fixtures: Up to $12
- Home and water heating: $1,950 - $3,950
- Home heating only: $500 - $2,500
- Water heating only: $950
- HomePrint™ home performance evaluation: Up to $350
For PSE natural gas customers:
- ENERGY STAR qualified boiler (95 percent AFUE): $350
- ENERGY STAR qualified forced-air furnace: $100
- Fireplace: $200
- ENERGY STAR qualified tankless: $150-$200
- ENERGY STAR qualified storage (EF of .65 or higher): $50
For PSE electric and/or natural gas customers:
- Floor insulation: 50 percent of the cost, up to $200
- Attic insulation: 50 percent of the cost, up to $200
- Wall insulation: 50 percent of the cost, up to $200
- Duct insulation: 50 percent of the cost, up to $200
- Duct sealing: 50 percent of the cost, up to $200
- ENERGY STAR qualified manufactured home: $150 - $300
