By submitting this form, you will be registering for a Lower Snake River Wind Facility Access Agreement. Your permit, which you must sign and carry with you at all times while visiting Lower Snake River, will be available for you to pick up from the store you selected.

All children under 18 years are required to have a guardian signature to access the Lower Snake River properties. Children between the ages of 12 and 18 old who are hunting must have their own Access Permission Agreement form that includes a guardian's signature.
