Multi-family Start Service

Use this form to start electric or natural gas service for a new tenant. (Note: before completing this form, you must have already submitted your Property Managers Agreement form.) If you already have an account number, you can also manage the energy service tasks for all of your units with your online account.

When using this form, property managers are responsible for any discrepancies that may arise regarding move-in and move-out dates and meter readings.
