Typically the code “ACTL” will appear indicating that an actual meter reading was taken to determine your consumption. Sometimes an equipment malfunction will require PSE to estimate your energy usage. In this case the code “ESTM” will be noted on your bill. There are also codes for situations that indicate the correction, adjustment or proration of a billing.
