Resource Conservation Managers

School Districts can improve their energy efficiency and reduce operating costs through Puget Sound Energy’s Resource Conservation Manager (RCM) program. Our services are designed to help employ a dedicated RCM who works with maintenance staff and other personnel to reduce the usage and costs of electricity, natural gas, water, sewer and solid waste.  The RCM program is focused on customers who operate over three million square feet or over $3.2 million in total resource costs.
