The Teacher's Guide provides indepth information about the program and letter to parents regarding the information for the Powerful Choices for the Environment program.
Pre-Activities
This activity helps students understand the concept of an ecosystem by having them go outside to identify their own ecosystems.
This activity will activate students' prior knowledge about the topics to be studied this week
Post-activities
These activities come from the National Energy Education and Development Project (NEED). The mission of the NEED Project is to promote an energy conscious and educated society by creating effective networks of students, educators, business, government and community leaders to design and deliver objective, multi-sided energy education programs.
