Port Townsend Customer Service Office
In June 2008, PSE opened a new Port Townsend Customer Service Office designed to promote energy efficiency on top of traditional customer service and bill payment capabilities.
Located in the historic downtown Waterman & Katz building, the office was renovated with specific materials and design elements to preserve the historical aspects and Victorian-style décor of the original building, while also incorporating energy efficient upgrades, such as 35 percent pre-consumer recycled carpeting and energy efficient lighting.

The more than 1,800 square feet of office space includes a conference room that is available for community meetings and special events, energy efficiency and conservation displays, and a customer computer with plans for a customer kiosk.
The Customer Service Office is managed by Port Townsend native Tim Caldwell (effective June 30), who is also responsible for community partnerships. The office also has a full-time customer service representative and rotating staff that focus on energy efficiency and community relations.
