Vashon Island Customer Service Office
Originally built in 1981, PSE’s Vashon Island Customer Service Office began as a service center for local PSE crews to respond to system outages and maintenance calls. The office also housed a cashier for customers to pay their monthly bills.

PSE remodeled the 27-year-old office and reopened a new and improved Customer Service Office in May 2008. The office, outfitted with 100-percent recycled carpet tiles and energy efficient lighting, promotes energy efficiency and provides traditional customer service and bill payment capabilities.
In addition to office space, the Vashon Island Customer Service Office includes a truck bay, loading dock, a graveled storage yard for service vehicles and equipment, and outside storage on nearly five acres of property.
The community office features energy efficiency and conservation displays, a customer computer, a small conference room and a large multi-purpose conference room, which are available for community meetings and special events.
The Customer Service Office is staffed by customer service and energy efficiency representatives, community relations personnel and maintenance crews.
The office is open to the public Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
