Bellingham Customer Service Office
For 80 years, Puget Sound Energy’s Bellingham Customer Service Office has been assisting the local community by providing traditional customer service and bill payment capabilities. The office is currently undergoing renovations and will be equipped to also offer energy efficiency services following its grand re-opening in spring 2009.
Located in downtown Bellingham, PSE’s office houses four full time customer service employees as well as rotating local government and community relations representatives, major account representatives, municipal planners, and substation specialists.
Originally built in 1929, the more than 5,000-square-foot facility includes office space, a waiting area, cashier station, and a conference room that is available for community meetings and special events.
PSE’s Customer Service Office is open to the public Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. There is also a drop box for customers to pay their energy bills after hours.
To report an outage and for service starts and stops, call PSE at 1-888-225-5773.
