PSE’s new South Whidbey Island Customer Service Office promotes energy efficiency on top of traditional services
BELLEVUE, Wash. (Oct. 6, 2008) – Puget Sound Energy will open a new customer service office at 1794 Main St. in Freeland with a public grand opening celebration from 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. on Oct. 14, 2008. Designed to serve South Whidbey Island, the office will be managed by Walt Blackford, a Langley resident and former city administrator, and also staffed by Deborah Buse, a customer service representative and resident of Freeland.

BELLEVUE, Wash. (Oct. 1, 2008) – Puget Sound Energy [utility subsidiary of Puget Energy (NYSE:PSD)] residential electric customers could see a 3 percent rate cut as early as Nov. 1 if the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission (UTC) approves a request filed today by PSE to resume the Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) “Residential Exchange” credit on customer bills and grants PSE’s pending general rate electric increase request.
