His dedication to customer service and expertise in insulation applications proves valuable to our commercial and residential customers time and again. Wayne is a HomePrint Certified and Energy Performance Score Certified Administrator and looks forward to helping our customers reach their energy efficiency goals.
A Pacific Northwest native who recently moved to the Kitsap peninsula, Wayne enjoys spending his free time in the great outdoors.

Passionate about building community connections that uncover new possibilities and accomplish positive change, Cathie has more than 25 years of experience in community outreach, organizational leadership and program management in government and non-profit fields. In her role at PSE, she is dedicated to helping local government entities, businesses and non-profit organizations save money and reduce energy use through new technology and facility upgrades.
A long-time Bainbridge Island resident, Cathie is also actively involved with a number of local organizations, including the Rotary Club of Bainbridge Island, Sustainable Bainbridge and the RePower Bainbridge project.

A lifelong Puget Sound resident, Jim has been building collaborative relationships between the public, business and the government for nearly two decades. Jim's background in the fields of law, international business and public relations helps him be a strong advocate for the customers we serve.
Jim has worked for the United States Senate and the Washington State House of Representatives. In addition to a number of community, business and social organizations, he currently serves as president of the Kirkland Chamber of Commerce, board member of the Bellevue Downtown Association, member of the Covington Economic Development Committee and Friends of the Issaquah Salmon Hatchery and advisory member of the Lake Washington Schools Foundation.
Jim lives in Maple Valley with his wife, Laura, and son, Tristan.

From meter reader to credit and collections, and then from network analyst to supervisor of Facilities and Mail Services, Patti has come to know PSE inside and out during her more than 30 years of experience with PSE and its predecessor companies. Today, she dedicates her efforts to the needs of local residents and businesses.
Along with providing energy efficiency services and tips for PSE customers, Patti keeps busy in several non-profit organizations. She is also a master home environmentalist for the American Lung Association, receiving her initial Indoor Environmentalist Certification in 2001.
Patti and her husband, Keith, live in University Place with their son, Mark.

David Namura

With a long history of serving the public and of building relationships between local residents, community groups, businesses and government officials, David is a strong voice for PSE customers.
In addition to serving the interests of his utility customers, David has worked in the United States Senate, the Colorado General Assembly and the Seattle City Council. He currently is a board member of the YMCA Youth and Government program, the Seattle Chinatown International District Preservation and Development Authority and the Renton Chamber of Commerce.
David lives in Seattle with his wife, Tonya, and son, Carter.

Gary Nomensen

Background and notable achievements
Gary has served King county customers in addition to Pierce, Thurston and Lewis Counties for more than four decades. His wide range of managerial roles has included public relations, marketing, corporate real estate, facility project planning, corporate security, district operations and government relations management.
In addition to living and working in Western Washington for the last 60 years, Gary is an active volunteer, serving on a number of boards for local businesses and charities, including: the Kent Chamber of Commerce, the South Sound Legislative Coalition Board, the Clover Park Foundation Board, the Tacoma Chamber of Commerce and the Pierce County Economic Development Board.
Celebrating more than 40 years of marriage, Gary and his wife, Suzanne, are the proud parents of two daughters, Tracey and Kimberly.

Linda Streissguth

Linda has built a strong reputation meeting the needs of customers, communities and commerce interests in Vashon Island and throughout King County, Kitsap County and the entire Peninsula area. Her experience of more than 30 years with PSE and our predecessor, Puget Sound Power and Light, includes positions in marketing, conservation, real estate, land planning and community services.
Linda's lifelong commitment to the Puget Sound region includes being a member of the Harrison Medical Center, Port Townsend Chamber and Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce Boards of Directors. She is also a former chair and current Bremerton Planning Commission member and a Bremerton Housing Authority commissioner.
Linda and her husband Kent enjoy golf, gardening and the opera. They live in Bremerton with their dog, Magnolia, and two cats, Trinka and Peppin.

During his time with PSE and our predecessor Washington Natural Gas, Jason has very much been part of the fabric of the communities he serves. He works tirelessly to build lasting relationships that support core neighborhood, business and government interests. In his 20 plus years of service to PSE and our customers, Jason has held a number of operations, engineering and community relations roles.
Jason currently serves on the boards of the Greater Bothell and Redmond Chambers of Commerce and is the vice-chair of the Redmond Foundation. Jason also represents the Snoqualmie Valley Chamber of Commerce on the East King County Chamber of Commerce Legislative Coalition.
When not providing energy efficiency solutions for customers, you'll find Jason hitting the gym or at home in Redmond enjoying time with his wife, Sue, and daughter, Kaylee.

Farra Vargas

A natural resource enthusiast, Farra has worked in the industry for more than a decade as a natural resource and project manager. She is dedicated to matching PSE's energy efficiency programs with our residential and commercial customers in Lewis, Pierce, Thurston and South King communities. Complex projects are no match for her passion for helping our customers!
A native of Olympia, Farra has called Thurston County home for more than 30 years. She is the proud parent of son, Landin.
