A self-proclaimed master of customer service, Wayne has more than 20 years of experience in the insulation industry. His dedication to customer service and expertise in insulation applications proves valuable to our commercial and residential customers time and again. Wayne is a HomePrint Certified and Energy Performance Score Certified Administrator and looks forward to helping our customers reach their energy efficiency goals.
A Pacific Northwest native who recently moved to the Kitsap peninsula, Wayne enjoys spending his free time in the great outdoors.

Passionate about building community connections that uncover new possibilities and accomplish positive change, Cathie has more than 25 years of experience in community outreach, organizational leadership and program management in government and non-profit fields. In her role at PSE, she is dedicated to helping local government entities, businesses and non-profit organizations save money and reduce energy use through new technology and facility upgrades.
A long-time Bainbridge Island resident, Cathie is also actively involved with a number of local organizations, including the Rotary Club of Bainbridge Island, Sustainable Bainbridge and the RePower Bainbridge project.

With a degree in Interior Design, Sarah feels passionately that homes and work spaces should be efficient and “green,” while also being beautiful and comfortable. Prior to joining PSE, Sarah worked with Energy Star and Energy Star New Home Builders to bring efficient lighting to Puget Sound-area homes. She also holds a certificate of Green Building for Building Professionals and is a registered NWPPA/NEEI (Northwest Public Power Association / Northwest Energy Education Institute) Residential Energy Auditor and Inspector.

- Sarah's energy-saving tip: "Manage your thermostat! Make sure it’s no higher than 68 degrees when you are home and 60 to 62 degrees when away or asleep. And, remember to change those furnace filters every other month during the heating season."

Background and notable achievements
Gary has served Pierce, South King, Thurston and Lewis County customers of PSE and its predecessor companies for more than five decades. His wide range of managerial roles has included public relations, marketing, corporate real estate, facility project planning, corporate security, district operations and government relations management.
In addition to living and working in Western Washington for the last 60 years, Gary is an active volunteer, serving on a number of boards for local businesses and charities, including the South Sound Legislative Coalition Board, the Tacoma Chamber of Commerce, Pierce County Economic Development Board, the Clover Park Foundation Board and the Kent Chamber of Commerce.
Celebrating more than 40 years of marriage, Gary and his wife, Suzanne, are the proud parents of two daughters, Tracey and Kimberly.

Linda Streissguth

Linda has built a strong reputation meeting the needs of customers, communities and commerce interests throughout Gig Harbor and the greater Peninsula area. Her experience of more than 30 years with PSE and our predecessor, Puget Sound Power and Light, includes positions in marketing, conservation, real estate, land planning and community services.
Linda's life-long commitment to the Puget Sound region includes being a member of the Harrison Medical Center, Port Townsend Chamber and Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce Boards of Directors. She is also a former chair and current Bremerton Planning Commission member and Bremerton Housing Authority commissioner.
Linda and her husband, Kent, enjoy golf, gardening and the opera. They live in Bremerton with their dog, Magnolia, and two cats, Trinka and Peppin.

Farra Vargas

A natural resource enthusiast, Farra has worked in the industry for more than a decade as a natural resource and project manager. She is dedicated to matching PSE's energy efficiency programs with our residential and commercial customers in Lewis, Pierce, Thurston and South King communities. Complex projects are no match for her passion for helping our customers!
A native of Olympia, Farra has called Thurston County home for more than 30 years. She is the proud parent of son, Landin.
