Background and notable achievements
Anne serves PSE customers by advancing the economic opportunities of wind power in southeastern Washington. Her work with the Lower Snake River Wind Project and the Hopkins Ridge Wind Facility aligns perfectly with her experience in environmental permitting and compliance. For more than 10 years, her background and passion for responsible natural resource development have facilitated collaborative solutions between public, business and local government interests.
In addition to serving PSE utility customers, Anne serves on the Board of Directors for the Blue Mountain Community Foundation, the Dayton Chamber of Commerce and the Rural Green Youth Enterprise in Waitsburg. She also participates in AgForestry, an organization supporting healthy farms, forests, near-shore environments and rural communities.
Anne currently lives in southeastern Washington with her husband and their two sons.

Background and notable achievements
By building vital relationships between business, government and the local community, Jay helps bring the economic benefits of renewable energy to family farms and southeastern Washington
Before joining PSE, Jay was a wheat farmer in the Dayton area for more than 20 years. He has worked in sales and marketing, real estate, operations and administration. Board affiliations include: Dayton/Columbia County Fund Board, Washington Wheat Commission, Columbia County Grain Growers, Washington Association of Wheat Growers and Columbia County Farm Bureau.
Jay has lived in Dayton since 1987. His wife, Kris is still active in the management of her family's farm. Their daughter Makaela teaches and lives in Spokane.
