Background and notable achievements
An Eastern Washington transplant, Casey has enjoyed a 20-year career in government and community affairs in the South Puget Sound. His experience in lobbying, policy development and team building has given him the skills to build successful relationships — marrying economic opportunity with local residents, business, community groups and government.
In addition to a number of community, business and social organizations, Casey currently serves on the Thurston County Economic Development Council as well as the boards of the United Way of Thurston and Lewis County. He has also previously served as chairman of the Thurston County Chamber of Commerce.
Casey and his wife, Stephanie, have two children, Kaitlyn and Connor.

With a degree in Interior Design, Sarah feels passionately that homes and work spaces should be efficient and “green,” while also being beautiful and comfortable. Prior to joining PSE, Sarah worked with Energy Star and Energy Star New Home Builders to bring efficient lighting to Puget Sound-area homes. She also holds a certificate of Green Building for Building Professionals and is a registered NWPPA/NEEI (Northwest Public Power Association / Northwest Energy Education Institute) Residential Energy Auditor and Inspector.

- Sarah's energy-saving tip: "Manage your thermostat! Make sure it’s no higher than 68 degrees when you are home and 60 to 62 degrees when away or asleep. And, remember to change those furnace filters every other month during the heating season."

A natural resource enthusiast, Farra has worked in the industry for more than a decade as a natural resource and project manager. She is dedicated to matching PSE's energy efficiency programs with our residential and commercial customers in Lewis, Pierce, Thurston and South King communities. Complex projects are no match for her passion for helping our customers!
A native of Olympia, Farra has called Thurston County home for more than 30 years. She is the proud parent of son, Landin.
