Report an outage
If you have an electrical outage or loss of gas service, please call PSE's Customer Service at 1.888.225.5773. Customer notifications are an important part of tracking and responding to electrical outages and loss of natural gas service.
Tips to use during storms:
- It can often be faster to use the automated phone system to report outages and receive updates.
- This system can record your power outage, relay it to our central computer system, and notify our service personnel.
- It can also provide updates specific to your address. Our Customer Service representatives use information from these same systems.

Get restoration updates
During storms or events, it may be several hours before estimated restoration times are available, while crews work to understand what repairs are needed. PSE regularly updates recorded information describing the outages and restoration efforts which you can access by calling our automated phone system (1.888.225.5773). The same information will also be published on PSE.com for anyone with a working internet connection.
