Carbon Balance Program for Business Participation Levels
To become part of Puget Sound Energy's Carbon Balance Business Recognition Program, organizations purchase a portion or all of their annual natural gas consumption as carbon offsets. Participants commit to buy carbon offsets at a level that is proportional to their annual natural gas use.
Levels and benefits
To be eligible for recognition, an organization needs to purchase at a level corresponding to their overall natural gas use, for a minimum of one year.
