Manufactured Home Rebate
In the market for a manufactured home? If you're a PSE electric customer, you may be eligible for a $300 rebate when you purchase a new ENERGY STAR
® qualified and/or Eco-Rated manufactured home. These energy efficient manufactured homes
offer excellent value for buyers, including:
- Added insulation
- Thermally, more efficient windows and doors
- Specially designed, quiet ventilation systems
- Additional attention to sealing of heating ducts and air leaks
These features provide long-term heating cost savings, reduced energy costs and increased comfort all year long.
Rebate amounts
- $300 with PSE-served electric heating
Eligibility and guidelines
- All residential PSE electric customers are eligible
- Purchase of an ENERGY STAR qualified or Eco-Rated manufactured home
- Establish your PSE electric service account at the location where the home will be located
- Allow up to six weeks for processing
- Funding availability is subject to annual program budgets
- Puget Sound Energy may inspect the home upon request
How to participate

- Step 3: Fill out the rebate form
After you receive your rebate form, enter the requested information including
your signature
- Step 4: Attach the following documents with your rebate form:
- A photocopy of the home's ENERGY STAR or Eco-Rated Certificate of Compliance
- A legible photocopy of the Purchase Agreement between you and the dealer selling you the home. (This document must show the buyer and seller's signatures and the seller's acceptance date.)
- Step 5: Mail your completed rebate form and attached documents to:
