PSE residential electric customers with an old working fridge or freezer can get FREE pick up and recycling plus a thank you gift from PSE of $20.
That old fridge or freezer racks up on your energy bill more than you expect. Old fridges and freezers use up to four times the energy of newer models. That’s four times the electricity costs and four times the negative environmental impact.
If you are a PSE residential electric customer and have an old, full size refrigerator or freezer that is plugged in and working, you may qualify!

- Older model refrigerators and freezers use up to four times the energy of newer

*Must be a PSE residential electric customer. Offer is available on a first-come, first-served basis until funds are exhausted. This is a tariffed service and is subject to change or termination without prior notice. You must own the refrigerator or freezer and it must be 10-30 cubic feet. Unit must be in working (cooling) order. Unit must be plugged in the night prior to pickup. Your unit will be picked up, at no charge, from the address listed on your billing account. You will receive a $20 gift card by mail. Limit of three units per household.
