Weatherization Assistance for Income-eligible Customers


Owners and renters living in single-family homes, mobile homes and apartments with electricity or natural gas provided by PSE may be eligible for free weatherization assistance. Services may include insulation upgrades, air leak sealing, duct repairs, refrigerator replacement, and low-flow showerhead and energy-efficient light bulb installation.
 
PSE works with community agencies by county to administer the energy efficiency improvements. Participating community agencies serving PSE customers can be found below and in the following brochures:
