​ENERGY STAR^® Northwest Advanced Lighting Package
ALP 80 Program

In adhering to the new 2009 Washington State Energy Code, many builders and showroom partners have communicated what works well for them in upgrading homes to meet higher energy standards and are continuing to offer the ENERGY STAR Advanced Lighting Package to their homebuyers. Regional builders, who have homes located in several utility service areas, have attested to the ease in working with Showrooms in purchasing the ENERGY STAR Northwest Advanced Lighting Package—the ALP 80 Program.

For consistency across utility service area and making a more streamlined process for our lighting partners, PSE, Snohomish County PUD and Tacoma Power are all offering the ALP 80 Program.

$300 ENERGY STAR Northwest Advanced Lighting Package – the ALP 80 Program

• A $300 point of sale discount is available through participating showrooms and distributors to single-family new construction home builders.

• Must be ENERGY STAR qualified fixtures.
• Installation must meet the 80 percent requirement of the Northwest Advanced Lighting Package and be installed in PSE's residential electric service area.
• The ALP 80 incentive is applied automatically at the time of purchase.
