Request for proposals for targeted energy efficiency services
Puget Sound Energy (PSE) is seeking bids for programs to acquire specific electric and gas energy efficiency services. This Request for Proposals (RFP) is intended to supplement and enhance PSE's ongoing energy efficiency efforts. Requested services are to be delivered by year-end 2009. This RFP is not intended to meet the requirements of WAC 480-107.
PSE will consider proposals for any of the electric or gas energy efficiency services described in the proceeding document that meet the general requirements of this solicitation.
