Obtaining Transmission Services
Becoming a PSE transmission services customer
Puget Sound Energy (PSE) offers firm and non-firm power-transmission services in Washington, Oregon, and western Montana.
To obtain transmission service from PSE, all customers must first register with Open Access Technology Internantional, Inc. (OATI) and make transmission service reservations via OATI's wesTTrans Open Access Same-Time Information System (OASIS). Please refer to the tab "

" for more information.

Information regarding PSE's rules, procedures, and practices relating to the provisioning of transmission service may be found on PSE's OASIS Web site at
