PSE's Risk Management Department establishes minimum liability insurance coverages and limits. Insurance requirements for major projects are determined on a case-by-case basis by Risk Management and Purchasing. For most cases, PSE's mandated insurance coverages and limits are found below. Please note that PSE will be named as an additional insured on the Certificate.

General Liability (Commercial General Liability Occurrence, Premises-Operations, Products-Completed Operations, Contractual Liability, Independent Contractors, Personal Injury)

Fire Damage (any one fire) $ 50,000
Medical Expense (any one person) $ 5,000
