Becoming a Supplier: Registering as a Supplier
The first step is to complete the online registration (which should take between 15-30 minutes to complete). To ensure your online experience is as efficient as possible, please have the following materials ready prior to proceeding with the interview:
- Most commonly used NAICS / industry codes
- DUNS number
- If a small business or a woman, minority or veteran-owned business, please have an electronic copy of your certification document(s).
- Electronic copies of standard labor and/or equipment rates (for PSE reference only).
Go to the online sign up page to register. There will be a questionnaire set up to gather your company’s relevant data. You will receive a username and password, so if you wish to return to complete the interview later you may do so. If you have any questions during the online registration, please contact supplierregistration@pse.com.
After you have registered through the online process, the information will be added to PSE’s supplier database. Please keep your information current by logging back in as needed for updates. Please be aware that completing the online interview does not qualify you to receive future bid inquiries. It will, however, provide PSE staff with visibility to your company’s core industry capabilities, key contacts and will help to increase the likelihood you’ll be invited to future bid opportunities. PSE's buyers and other PSE employees will review this database to assess matches with our current product and services requirements. In the event of a potential match, a PSE contracting representative may contact your firm to become acquainted and to discuss opportunities to bid on a project.
