The Customer Service Information Sheet [Form #4411, 11/08] gathers project information and ownership details. It also includes a checklist to help you verify the necessary applications to be submitted to PSE.
Residential electric service - 100E
Use this application for single family dwellings on a single parcel. This form applies to temporary residential electric service as well as permanent electric service.

Residential gas service – 100G
Use application 100G for single family new construction or existing residential homes converting to natural gas from an alternate fuel, (e.g. oil, propane, or electricity). This form also can be used for mobile and manufactured homes, and additional dwelling units in an existing residential structure, e.g. mother-in-law apartment.

Residential plat development – electric/gas infrastructure - 300E/300G
Use this application to obtain electric and natural gas infrastructure for a residential single-family new construction development of two (2) or more adjoining parcels.
