Single-Family New Construction Incentives

How to Participate

Step 1

• Submit a Builder Profile and W-9  via E-mail to builderrebates@pse.com.
• Once your company is set up in PSE’s system you will receive a confirmation that you can proceed to Step 2 to submit for incentives.

Note: If you have previously received incentives from PSE you can skip to Step 2.

Step 2

• Purchase and install qualifying products.
• If you are a production builder, complete the Single-Family New Construction Builder Incentive Processing Form.
• If you are an owner/builder, complete the Owner/Builder Incentive Processing Form.

  
  Note: For owner/builders there is no need to complete a W-9 or a Builder Profile Form.

• Provide all relevant invoices/receipts or copies clearly reflecting the installation address and equipment make/model numbers.

• Make a copy for your records.
• Allow six to eight weeks for processing.

Please note that builders who certify their homes through the Northwest ENERGY STAR^® Homes program do not have to submit an Incentive Processing Form or invoices/receipts.

If you are an ENERGY STAR homebuilder, PSE’s incentives are paid directly to you after each home is certified, with no additional documentation required. Check with your verifier to determine the status of your home(s). PSE reserves the right to inspect installations for compliance prior to payment.
