Request electrical service equipment inspections
Once your service equipment is installed, the State of Washington, or city with jurisdiction over your area, requires that your installation pass an electrical inspection before PSE can energize your system. It is your responsibility to request this inspection.
Inspecting jurisdictions
Depending upon the location of a project, electrical inspections may be done by city personnel or by the State of Washington Department of Labor & Industries. Electrical inspections conducted on tribal lands are performed by tribal personnel. Electrical inspections conducted on federal property are performed by the federal government.
