PSE's "RULE NO 7A: Extension of Distribution Facilities – Kittitas County"

A Rule 7 Inquiry is a main or service gas line extension refund request for:
- Single family line extensions
- Commercial line extensions
- Plats
Billing discrepancies
A Rule 7 Inquiry may address incorrect billing information relating to "SAP Line Extension" charges appearing on a customer's statement, such as:
- Consumer name
- Statement account number
- Amount billed
- Billing Address

Rule 7 Inquiries may address New Customer Rate ("NCR") issues such as:
- NCR start and end date (when does the NCR start and when does it end?)
