Multifamily retrofit energy-efficiency program


Puget Sound Energy’s Multifamily Retrofit Program offers financial incentives to improve the energy efficiency of existing apartment and condominium buildings with five or more attached units. Buildings must be located in PSE's electric and\or natural gas service area. The program requires that space heating and or water heating be supplied by PSE electric or natural gas service.

Note: An energy audit must be performed by a PSE representative to qualify and an authorized agreement must be in place prior to installation of measures.
