Eligibility and guidelines

Rebates apply to customers who heat their homes with natural gas or electricity provided by PSE and who have the rebatable projects completed by an independent contractor authorized to do work on PSE's insulation rebate program.

How to participate

Call a PSE Energy Advisor at 1.800.562.1482 and ask about
PSE's rebates on insulation.
The Energy Advisor will arrange for an independent contractor, authorized to do work on PSE's insulation rebate program, to schedule a visit to your home for a free, no-obligation estimate on insulation and weatherization improvements or you can request a referral online with the Referral Request Form.
Your rebate will be automatically subtracted from the price of the bid. There is no need to mail a rebate form to PSE.
