It's easy to make a one-time payment by telephone using a major credit card, debit card or check.

This telephone payment option is managed by Online Resources Corporation. To cover payment processing costs, Online Resources charges a transaction fee of $4.95 for each payment made with this method up to a maximum payment amount of $1100.00. You'll be asked to confirm this transaction before your account is charged. PSE receives no portion of the transaction fee.
