PSE is committed to providing accurate billing services to all our customers. When you sign up for electric and/or natural gas services from PSE, you will receive bills on a regular basis, either by U.S. mail or by E-mail. Charges are a result of the energy used in the previous bill period, which typically is 1 month. Although the number of days in a billing period is constant, the amount of each bill can be different, and can be affected by many factors, including the amount of energy used, cost of the energy (rates) the weather, the season.
