Anytime you have a question about your PSE bill, please contact us by mail, phone, e-mail or by visiting our online Customer Service. Your question will be investigated promptly and the result reported to you. If corrective action is required, that action will be taken as soon as possible. If the issue cannot be resolved through initial contact, you have the right to request assistance from PSE Supervisory personnel.
