Online Services for Property Managers
To manage rental properties online, start and stop service for your tenants, simply complete steps 1 & 2.
(Note: If you currently have a signed agreement with PSE, skip this step)
Some benefits of this agreement:
- Option to manage rental units and provide tenant information online
- Keep the energy on in rental units during tenant vacancies
- Have reconnect and account service fees waived
NOTE: Please allow three business days to process the agreement. You're welcome to sign up for My PSE Account at any time. Once the agreement is processed, you'll have access to your rental units online.
2. Sign up for My PSE Account to securely access your PSE accounts online and start and stop service to rental units.

- Update and track tenant start/stop service information online
- Pay, view or print PSE bills
