Planning for monthly energy expenses can be easier with the Budget Payment Plan.
The Budget Payment Plan is designed to minimize large fluctuations of energy bills from season to season (it is not a cost savings or discount program). Based on prior energy use, monthly payments are approximately 1/12 of a prior year's energy charges, with an adjustment in November and March and a reconciliation or settlement (a monthly budget payment plus or minus any amount which brings the account to a zero balance) in June.
The Budget Payment Plan is available to all residential customers and to small businesses on a case by case basis.
