In addition to online bill payment tools with My PSE Account , Puget Sound Energy (PSE) offers a Property Manager Agreement to owners/property managers which automatically transfers the billing responsibility from the tenant to the property manager's account when PSE is notified that a rental unit has become vacant. This ensures that electric and/or natural gas service is available to prepare the unit for the next tenant(s).
