Hydroelectric power
Low-cost hydropower accounts for more than one-third of our current power portfolio. We own and operate two hydropower projects in western Washington: Baker River and Snoqualmie Falls. We also buy a substantial amount of hydroelectric power, much of it from central Washington public utility districts with large Columbia River dams.
