Are you new to the area, returning to the area, or adding another home to your existing PSE account? To start service, we may ask you for:
  • Your name
  • Your telephone number
  • The address where you're starting service
  • Your source of income and length of employment
  • Information to help us identify you, like your driver's license or passport number, military ID, tax ID number, Social Security number or birthdate
