PSE Flex Testimonial Authorization and Release

I hereby agree that my testimonial, my name, and my city of service, may be used in connection with publicizing and promoting PSE Flex.

I hereby provide permission to Puget Sound Energy to exhibit, publish, copy or distribute my testimonial for publicizing and promoting PSE Flex. PSE may use my testimonial on PSE’s website, advertising, social media, video, printed publications, or other distribution media. I also recognize and consent to PSE using my testimonial for its own business purposes, for storing my testimonial, and disclosing it in response to legal or regulatory requirements. I expressly consent to PSE editing my testimonial in any manner that it chooses, including for spelling and grammar, as well as truncating it for space. I waive any right to make monetary or other claims against Puget Sound Energy for their collection or use of the statement.

In addition, I expressly waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my name or testimonial, or any other information about me, appears.

I hereby hold harmless and release Puget Sound Energy from all demands, claims, and causes of action which I, my successor, executors, representatives, administrators, or any other persons acting on behalf of my estate or on my behalf have or may have because of this authorization.
