Thank you for your patience and understanding as we have battled severe weather damage for the last week. We apologize for the delay in restoring power to all of our customers and want our customers to know we are committed to restoring power as quickly and safely as possible.

The majority of customers will be restored by midnight tonight. There are pockets of complex restoration work primarily related to unstable soil, access issues, and flooding that may take longer to restore. Our crews will continue to work around the clock until the last customers are restored.

PSE OATT transmission rates

PSE employs the Formula Rate to calculate its base rates for Network Integration Transmission Service and Point-to-Point transmission service as found in Attachment H-1 and H-2 of the PSE Open Access Transmission Tariff (OATT). The Formula Rate is updated annually in accordance with the Protocols set forth in PSE OATT Attachment H-2. PSE employs an Annual Update Process, which refreshes the calculation of these rates by populating the Formula in the PSE OATT Attachment H-1 with prior-year information from PSE’s Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) Form No.1, other historical data, including additional detail and company records, and projected net capital additions for the current calendar year. The Annual Update begins each June 1.

PSE holds an Open Meeting each year to provide an opportunity for Interested Parties to obtain information about the Annual Update.
