Due to current weather forecasts a Red Flag Warning has been issued for Kittitas County. As part of PSE’s wildfire safe operations, we are turning on system settings that are more sensitive to potential hazards. These settings will stay in place as long as high wildfire risk conditions are present. 

Enhanced Powerline Settings are designed to help keep you safe, but they may result in unplanned power outages. This is not a Public Safety Power Shutoff, where we proactively turn off power in advance of severe weather.

Effective August 10, 2025, in accordance with state law, PSE will no longer be offering rebates to our residential customers on natural gas appliances or equipment.

We’re committed to supporting our customer’s evolving energy choices and facilitating the adoption of energy-efficient appliances and practices through our various other program offerings.

If you have a qualifying project that is invoiced and installed on or before August 9, 2025 you are able to submit a rebate application before October 10, 2025.

Upgrading from an older, less-efficient water heating system can lower your energy bills and improve your overall energy efficiency. To help you bring a more energy-efficient water heater into your home, PSE offers rebates on several types of quality equipment.

These rebates apply to existing single family properties only. Single-family new construction, multifamily (five or more attached units) and commercial accounts are not eligible. Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing.
