2024 年自愿全源 RFP

    PSE will host a virtual bidders’ conference to provide information designed to help bidders prepare and submit their proposals. The conference will be held on March 5, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Register here to participate.

    Conference materials, including the presentation and Q&A from the discussion, will be posted here after the conference for the benefit of all bidders.

    投标费用说明

    要使提案被视为已完成并成功被 PSE 接受，投标人必须通过 RFP 提交门户网站提交提案，并在提案截止日期后的三个工作日内提交相应的投标费（见上面的附表）。投标人可以提交多个提案，但必须为每份提案单独提交投标费

  • Public Participation

    PSE filed a Voluntary Utility-Scale RFP with the WUTC on February 5, 2026. PSE will update this web site to include the WUTC docket number when available.

    Consistent with the requirements of Washington Administrative Code 480-107-035(5), within thirty days after the close of the RFP bidding period, PSE will post a summary of each bid the utility has received. PSE will post any schedule updates in the RFP Schedule section above. Additional updates, including process updates and press releases, will be posted in the Updates and Notifications section.

    Questions about the 2026 Voluntary Utility-Scale RFP and/or requests to be placed on PSE’s distribution list for this RFP may be directed to AllSourceRFPmailbox@pse.com.
