How do I find a charger near me?
PSE Up & Go Electric charging stations are open to all EV drivers and feature a mix of DCFC and Level 2 charging ports for fast and reliable charging. Up & Go Electric public charging stations are located near major travel routes and shopping destinations in our service area. Here’s where you can find them:

Can I use any public EV charger?
- To receive the discount, you must use a PSE Up & Go Electric public charger.
- Most public charging stations will have connections to fit any electric vehicle model. These are the types of chargers available at PSE public charging stations:
- Level 2 - Public/Workplace/Residential
Level 2 chargers add 10-25 miles of range per hour of charging. They can be found at workplace and public charging stations - DC Fast Charger
DC Fast chargers will fully charge your electric vehicle in about an hour. They can be found at public charging stations
Tesla vehicles have exclusive use of the Tesla Supercharger network but will require a purchasable adapter to use non-Tesla stations.

What EVs can take part in the discounted public charging demonstration?
Most public charging stations have connections to fit any electric vehicle model. The major exception is Tesla. How much does it cost to use PSE public charging stations?
- PSE public charging standard rate: $0.28/kWh for a Level 2 chargers; $0.42/kWh for a DC fast chargers
- PSE public charging discounted rate: $0.xx/kWh for a Level 2 chargers; $0.xx/kWh for a DC fast chargers
- Our public stations also charge an idle fee of $0.40/minute for vehicles that remain connected 10 minutes after their charging session has concluded

Our prices are based on kilowatt hours used – rather than time spent charging – ensures rates are more equitable for all drivers, regardless of their EV model. How do I use the EV charger?
- Charging with PSE Up & Go Electric is simple.
- Download the EV Connect app (Apple, Android)
- Connect your EV to the charge port
- Use the app’s “charge” screen to scan the charger’s QR code – or manually enter the charger’s ID number – and click “go”
- On the app, select the connector number (if applicable) and click “start charge”
- When you’re finished charging, click “stop charge” on the app
- Unplug the charging cable and reinsert it into the cable holster
- Don't want to download the app? Call the toll-free number on the charger and pay over the phone.
How do I know if my discount has been applied?
Your discount is automatically applied to the cost of your charging session.
