HOW TO GET STARTEDPSE will begin collecting up-front design costs for Schedule 85 Commercial Line Extension and Relocation projects beginning 01/01/2026. Upon acceptance of the application, you will receive an invoice for $3,000.00 per project. Your payment will be applied to the total project costs.
If there is a lack of progress or inactivity on the project, and the project is cancelled, you will be responsible for paying PSE any remaining actual costs incurred up to the time of cancellation. If the actuals at the time of cancellation are less than the $3,000.00 paid, you will be refunded.
