Mary E. Kipp
Mary E. Kipp was named president of PSE in August 2019 and CEO in January 2020. Under her direction, PSE is working toward an aspirational goal of being a Beyond Net Zero Carbon energy company by 2045, targeting reduction of its carbon emissions to net zero and going beyond that goal by helping other sectors to enable carbon reduction across the state of Washington.

Kim Collier
Kim Collier is vice president, human resources for Puget Sound Energy (PSE). Under her leadership, PSE is focused on talent retention and attraction, employee experience, and ensuring PSE has an inclusive culture and diverse workforce who can meet the needs of all of our customers.

Kazi Hasan
Kazi serves as the executive vice president and chief financial officer of Puget Sound Energy and its Washington-based parent company, Puget Energy.

Margaret Hopkins
Margaret is senior vice president of shared services and chief information officer for Puget Sound Energy.
She is responsible for contracts and supply chain, enterprise projects and performance, and corporate shared services.

Josh Jacobs
Josh is vice president of Clean Energy Strategy and Planning for Puget Sound Energy.
Under Josh’s direction, PSE is working toward its aspirational goal of being a Beyond Net Zero Carbon energy company by 2045. He’s responsible for PSE’s resource planning functions, system planning functions, transmission services, the implementation of programs to meet Washington’s Clean Energy Transformation Act, and PSE’s approach to the decarbonization of its natural gas delivery system.

Ken Johnson
Ken is vice president of External Affairs for Puget Sound Energy. He is responsible for government relations, regulatory affairs, public policy, communications and community engagement. As the primary liaison for PSE with the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission, Ken and his team work with customer, low-income and environmental advocates to fulfill PSE’s mission of providing safe, clean, reliable and affordable energy.

Dan Koch
Dan Koch is vice president of Operations at Puget Sound Energy. He is responsible for major projects, electric operations, vegetation management and construction management.

Lorna Luebbe
Lorna Luebbe serves as senior vice president and general counsel. She is responsible for PSE’s Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) efforts and progress toward PSE’s aspirational Beyond Net Zero Carbon goal. Lorna also handles complex litigation and other legal issues on behalf of PSE.

Ron Roberts
Ron Roberts is vice president of energy supply for Puget Sound Energy. Ron is responsible for PSE’s generation and transmission development, load serving operations and the energy supply merchant function. He also oversees Puget LNG, a subsidiary of Puget Energy. In addition, he has interim responsibility for our energy efficiency, product development, resource planning, and clean energy strategy functions. Prior to his current role, Ron served as PSE’s director of generation and natural gas storage.

Wade Smith
Wade Smith is executive vice president and chief operating officer for Puget Sound Energy.
Wade is responsible for all of PSE’s operational areas, including natural gas and electric operations and energy supply, serving approximately 1.2 million electric customers and 900,000 natural gas customers.

Andy Wappler
Andy Wappler is a senior vice president and the Chief Customer Officer for Puget Sound Energy.
Andy leads the company's customer care, business services, energy efficiency, product development and strategic business intelligence teams.
