His extensive utility industry experience includes leadership roles at Optimum Energy and Edison International. Previously at Puget Sound Energy, he served as executive vice president and chief operating officer (2007-2011) and chief financial officer (2003-2007). Bert began his career in investment banking at JPMorgan in New York and Paris and holds degrees from Northwestern and Stanford universities.

Adam is responsible for the origination, execution and management of OMERS infrastructure investments in North America and Europe. He currently sits on the asset management team for and board of Kenter-Groendus, a Netherlands-based energy infrastructure business, and has previously served as a director on the boards of Ellevio, NextBridge and Scotia Gas Networks.

Previously, Gregoire served two terms as governor of the state of Washington from 2005 to 2013. Prior to becoming governor, she served three terms as attorney general for the state and before that role, served four years as the director of the State Department of Ecology.

She is the former president and CEO of the Smart Electric Power Alliance (SEPA) and currently serves on the board of Voltera, the board of the California Mobility Center, the board of RE+ Events, and as an advisor to EQT Group and The Ad Hoc Group.

Prior to joining BCI in 2017, Hodgkins held positions at FortisBC and Interfor Corporation. He also serves on the board of Corix Infrastructure Inc., a water and wastewater utility and contract energy company based in Vancouver, BC.

 

King served as chairman and president of National Grid U.S. from 2007-2015. Prior to that, he was president of PG&E Corporation and Chairman & CEO of Pacific Gas & Electric from 2003-2007.

Before joining PSE, Mary served as CEO of El Paso Electric (EPE) since 2015 and president since 2014. During her tenure at EPE, which began in 2007, she held leadership roles throughout the company, including as general counsel, in regulatory and rates, risk management, human resources, external affairs, customer care, environmental and safety.

Prior to EPE, Mary was a prosecuting attorney for the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission for four years, investigating and prosecuting violations of federal energy laws. Mary also worked as a lawyer at El Paso Natural Gas Company and at Greenberg Traurig, LLP.

Mary is a member of the Board of Directors and the Sustainability and Audit Committees of Boston Properties. She is also a member of the Board of Directors and Audit Committee of Hawaiian Electric Company. Mary serves as co-chair of the Edison Electric Institute's CEO Wildfire Task Force and is past co-chair of its Institute for Electric Innovation. She is a founding member of Technosylva's Customer Advisory Board. She is a past Deputy Chair of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, former chair of Smart Electric Power Alliance and former vice chair of the Board of Directors of the Alliance to Save Energy.

Mary earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Williams College, a Juris Doctor degree from The University of Texas School of Law, and is an alumnus of Exeter College, Oxford University.

 

Lee served as president and CEO of EPCOR Utilities, one of Canada’s largest municipally owned utilities, from 2015 until 2023. Prior to EPCOR, he spent six years at Capital Power Corporation, where he held senior executive roles including Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Commercial Services. He currently serves on the boards of Aecon Group, Inc. and Wolf Midstream.

 

Parker is a member of Ontario Teachers’ North America Infrastructure team where he focuses origination, execution and management of infrastructure investments. He joined Ontario Teachers' in 2011 and has sat on the boards of Northern Star Generation, Intergen, Express Pipeline, Ontario Teachers' New Zealand Forest Investments and Sydney Desalination Plant. He currently sits on the board of Chicago Skyway. Prior to joining Ontario Teachers', Chris worked on power and utility investments at Brookfield Asset Management.

Rakow is responsible for the performance and advancement of the Hawaiian Airlines brand and Alaska Air Group’s business in Hawai‘i. She also leads Alaska Air Group’s sustainability and venture investment strategies as a member of the company’s executive committee. She joined Alaska after two decades in health care and public health at health insurance and care delivery organizations and the U.S. Senate Finance Committee.

 

Rubin is responsible for Macquarie Asset Management’s Real Assets investment team that focuses on sustainable energy investments in the Americas. He has over 20 years of experience in infrastructure investment and M&A, including extensive experience investing in a wide variety of clean power generation and development businesses, regulated utilities and related sub-sectors. He is currently a director of Cyrq Energy, Cleco Corporation, and Lordstown Energy Center.

Zucchet has deep experience in the energy sector and, since joining OMERS in 2003, has led numerous transactions and had asset management responsibilities at a number of utility and generation companies in Canada and the United States. He is currently a board member of Oncor and Bruce Power Inc.
