PSE Advisory Groups

PSE convenes the following advisory groups bringing together diverse parties to advise PSE on topics ranging from clean energy planning, conservation, services for customers with low-income, and energy equity. PSE is committed to decision-making through community engagement. Our advisory groups bring together diverse perspectives from regulatory agencies, community organizations, industry experts, and advocacy groups to inform our planning processes and support safe, reliable, and affordable service to our customers and communities.

PSE’s Advisory Groups:

  • Conservation Resource Advisory Group (CRAG)

    The Conservation Resource Advisory Group provides advice to PSE on issues including but not limited to conservation, demand response, and distributed energy resources. The group meets a minimum of four times per year.

  • Low-Income Advisory Committee (LIAC)

    The LIAC focuses on assisting low-income customers, and advises on best practices and implementation around the following objectives:

    1. Keeping customers connected to their energy service
    2. Providing bill assistance to more customers than are currently served
    3. Lowering the energy burden of PSE HELP participants
    4. Collecting data necessary to assess program effectiveness and inform ongoing policy discussions

  • Resource Planning Advisory Group (RPAG)

    PSE convenes a Resource Planning Advisory Group (RPAG) to provide expert technical input to support PSE’s energy resource planning. This group will meet regularly to support the 2027 Integrated System Plan (ISP).

    Members of the public are invited to observe with an opportunity for public comment.

  • Equity Advisory Group (EAG)

    PSE convenes an Equity Advisory Group (EAG) to seek perspectives from and broaden engagement with communities we serve, including vulnerable populations and highly impacted communities. The members of the EAG share perspectives from their lived or working experiences related to environmental justice, Tribal interests, highly impacted communities, vulnerable populations, social services and affordable housing.
